How do I pay for my child’s photos?
Fill out the pre-paid flyer envelope and send it back to school on picture day, or order online through our secure Square checkout (credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Checks are not accepted.
When will I see the photos?
About one week after picture day, the photos are uploaded to our online platform, where you can view them and order packages or any specialty product. Proofs are digital and available to the school upon request; nothing is printed until you order. Complete orders take an additional 10 business days and are delivered at school.
What is My Kid’s Little Movie?
A 10–20 second, professionally filmed behind-the-scenes video of your child during the photo session. It can be added to Package A or B, or ordered on its own for $30.
What if my child is absent on picture day?
Retakes are scheduled each spring. Ask your school for the retake date, or contact us.
What does the school need to do?
Very little: reserve a date, hand out the flyers we send two weeks ahead, and email us your school data one week before picture day. We handle the rest.
Are traditional school photos still available?
Yes. Every child can have a classic school portrait. The natural, action-style photos and the movie are extras, never replacements.
